Skargaarden International AB, Södra Kungsgatan 57, 802 55 Gävle, Sweden, is a Swedish company and is the data controller for the personal data collected and processed.
Skargaarden collects personal data that you provide to us when you are in contact with us via our website, email, mail, our social media, when you interact with our employees, when you place an order or in any other way. This may happen, for example, when you are a contact person at one of our client companies, suppliers, or partners such as architectural firms, when you subscribe to our newsletters or when you are otherwise in contact with us or use our services. Skargaarden has the right to process the personal data necessary for the fulfilment of Skargaarden’s commitment to you in contractual relations if you have given your consent to the processing or if the processing is carried out after balancing the interests with a legitimate interest of Skargaarden.
