Skogsö

Scandinavian minimalism in perfect balance. Skogsö, a picturesque natural area in northern Saltsjöbaden, Stockholm, serves as both inspiration and home to ceramicist Anna Löwenhielm’s studio. Here, she meticulously crafts each piece, staying true to the Scandinavian design philosophy of “less is more.”

Designed by Studio Norrlandet and turned by Löwenhielm, their refined, organic shapes are not meant to dominate a space but rather to complement and enhance it, creating harmony without demanding attention.

While exclusive interior projects are often perfected with carefully selected details, outdoor spaces are sometimes overlooked. The Skogsö collection ensures that the same level of sophistication extends beyond the home, offering timeless, stylish accessories that seamlessly blend with any setting.

Skargaarden Objects emphasizes artistry, expert craftsmanship, and sustainable materials sourced locally near the artisans. Each piece in the collection is crafted with attention to detail, meeting the highest standards of quality to ensure longevity and timeless appeal for future generations. Skargaarden Objects is about creating functional, beautiful, and sustainable outdoor environments where every detail is thoughtfully considered to provide lifelong value and enjoyment. By combining craftsmanship and artistry with respect for nature, Skargaarden offers products that make it easy to create the perfect outdoor space, year-round.

Anna Löwenhielm

Anna Löwenhielm designs and manufactures ceramics by hand in small series. She is a master potter and an experienced turner with a focus on ceramics that are functional and should last for many years of everyday use. The design is understated and primarily intended to highlight the content. She is inspired by the architecture of nature and man and likes to work with the structure of surfaces and combinations of different clays to create patterns. Anna’s business combines her own artistic creation with educational activities that aim to spread knowledge about clay as a source of joy and creativity.
