We are introducing Skargaarden Objects

We are expanding our furniture range and presenting a selection of curated outdoor accessories designed to complement and harmonize with our existing furniture pieces. The Skargaarden Objects collection emphasizes artistry, expert craftsmanship, and sustainable materials sourced locally near the artisans. Each piece in the collection is crafted with attention to detail, meeting the highest standards of quality to ensure longevity and timeless appeal. We believe that sustainability is about creating products that endure, not only in terms of design but also in the quality of materials used, ensuring that these items can be passed down to future generations.

We’re excited to launch accessories to complement our existing collection.

HAVNSØ. The vases and stoneware plate in the Havnsø collection are crafted in collaboration with the talented Danish ceramicist Bjarne Puggard, who works in the vicinity of Havnsø. Made from beautiful, rough clay, the collection reflects Scandinavian minimalism, emphasizing the raw, natural beauty of the material. The shapes are designed to be understated, enhancing and complementing the environment rather than dominating it. These ceramic vases and platter are timeless additions to any space, meant to decorate and elevate without overpowering the scene.

VINGA. Barbro Berlin has designed the Vinga lantern, a collection that blends artisanal craftsmanship with the beauty of nature. Each piece features a hand-turned bowl made from high-fired stoneware clay, paired with a mouth-blown glass cylinder crafted at a local glass factory in Sweden. The collection creates a contrast between the dark, textured surface of the ceramic and the smooth, crystal-clear glass.

NAPPA. A unique collection of wool blankets, created in collaboration with Alexander Stutterheim. Produced locally on Öland, these blankets embody Alexander’s commitment to slow fashion, exceptional craftsmanship, and sustainability. Drawing inspiration from ancient Scandinavian traditions, Nappa celebrates the centuries-old method of preserving wool, where it is gently picked or combed directly from the sheep’s fleece. This technique, known as “Nappa” (meaning “pick” in Swedish), can only be used on sheep breeds that naturally shed their winter wool. Each blanket in the Nappa collection is a tribute to enduring artisanal practices that have stood the test of time.

SKOGSÖ.  Anna Löwenhielm, a skilled artisan and ceramicist based in the Skogsö area, where she crafts each piece with care and precision. Inspired by the philosophy of “less is more,” these ceramic stone vases are designed to enhance and complement any space. With their understated elegance, the vases are created to decorate without overpowering the environment, offering a timeless and refined addition to your home.

We are thrilled about the addition of the Skargaarden Objects and excited to see where it will take our brand. We are also eager to witness the future projects where these objects will be featured. Contact us if you are interested in learning more.
