Originally designed by Björn Hultén in 1975 for the Swedish Embassy in Cairo, the Kryss Chair carries a remarkable design heritage. Inspired by an ancient Egyptian folding chair discovered among the treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb, Kryss brings together centuries of craftsmanship with timeless Scandinavian design. Crafted from solid teak, the chair features a distinctive folding frame, a fabric backrest secured with leather detailing and matching cushions for exceptional comfort.

The Böste chair was designed with soft beaches, hard rock outcrops, grass between the toes, the edge of the pool or a spacious roof terrace in mind. An homage to the original Westport chair, in a durable, refined version in stainless steel and durable FSC-labeled teak.
